Change Management
Implementing change in any organization can be a hard.  But a structured, well-conceived change management program can help transition individuals, teams, and organizations from a current state to a desired future state.

You cannot over-communicate when faced with implementing change, but even more important than quantity of message is quality of message.

Management must present the change message clearly and in detail, and radiate integrity and authenticity. Management should clearly communicate the vision, the mission, and the objectives of the change management effort. You must also help people to understand how these changes will affect them personally.

Lastly, know that implementing change requires a two-way conversation.  Leaders need to listen and avoid defensiveness.  There should be ample time for people to ask questions and get clarification.
